Sample letters about care and support

There are 17 letters for you to choose from. You can use these sample letters to help you write to public bodies who have duties to provide care for you or for those you care for.   Each letter relates to a specific issue and there is a list of issues and each letter is numbered.  Choose your letter carefully and insert your details before printing and sending it.   With thanks to Glasgow Disability Alliance
